User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

[DRAFT] Assertum provides native UI test generation tools for Android, iOS, and Web applications. Features and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Account Registration

[DRAFT] You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

[DRAFT] You agree to use Assertum only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Automated abuse, scraping, and reverse-engineering of the service are prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

[DRAFT] All content, trademarks, and software associated with Assertum are the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of the test code you generate using the service.

6. Privacy and Data

[DRAFT] We collect minimal personal data (email, name, profile picture) necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request account deletion at any time from your Profile page.

7. Termination

[DRAFT] You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

8. Disclaimers

[DRAFT] Assertum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

[DRAFT] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assertum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to This Agreement

[DRAFT] We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Assertum after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
